FNSA Bylaws- Article XII., Section 12.
"The Committee on Policies shall:
(a) Be chaired by the Recording Secretary and consist of members who represent each region of the state, when possible.
(b) Review policies annually and submit the revisions to the Executive Board for approval.
(c) Distribute the revised policies to the chapters no later than the annual meeting of the FNSA.
(d) Perform all other duties pertaining to the office."
