FNSA Bylaws- Article XII., Section 18.

"SECTION 18. The Executive Committee shall:
(a) Be chaired by the President and consist of the 1st and 2nd Vice-Presidents, the recording
and corresponding secretaries, and the treasurer.
(b) Meetings may be attended by all board members, however only the above listed
members may vote.
(c) Serve to address any emergent issue at hand which arises between meetings.

(d) Be called to meet at the discretion of the FNSA President for emergent and time-
sensitive issues.

(e) Hold live and/or virtual meetings at the discretion of the President"
